From pub to paddock – Let’s talk pigs, pests and weeds

Cassowary Coast landholders are invited to pull up a chair and talk pigs, pests and weeds as Council launches a new community biosecurity information series this September.

From pub to paddock will see Cassowary Coast Regional Council officers Arthur and Rowan coming to a pub near you to share practical, locally relevant information about feral pigs, invasive weeds and other biosecurity issues affecting local properties, alongside guest speakers working in the field.

The informal sessions are a chance to learn more about practical ways to manage pigs, pests and weeds on your property, ask questions and discuss topics about biosecurity.
