Coexistence Queensland is committed to continually improving its services and your feedback is greatly appreciated. Please follow the instructions below to submit a complaint and it will be attended to as a matter of priority.

Timeframes for resolution may vary according to the complexity of the issue, but we are committed to responding in an accountable, transparent, fair and timely manner.

To lodge a complaint with Coexistence Queensland, please email ethics@cqld.org.au with the following details:

1. Contact details
  • Your name
  • Address
  • City/Suburb, State, and Postcode
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Preferred contact method (phone, letter, or email)
2. Complaint details
  • Please mention if you have you lodged a complaint about this issue before or with another agency
  • Explain whether the complaint has been lodged within 12 months of when the issue first occurred
3. Complaint summary
  • Please read the Complaints Management Policy before submitting your complaint to get an understanding of the process and information required to address your complaint
  • Describe what your complaint is about
  • Explain the outcome you are seeking
  • Provide any relevant documents that support your complaint (attach files up to 10 MB)
