Delivered by Coexistence Queensland, the Community Leaders Council event brings together regional and statewide leaders to discuss coexistence challenges and opportunities for communities facing resources and energy development.
It is designed to move beyond discussion, with attendees raising concerns, testing ideas, and agreeing on practical actions they will take within their own organisations. Government, industry, local councils, peak bodies, landholders, Traditional Custodians and Coexistence Queensland each leave with clear commitments and shared responsibility for delivering the solutions developed together.
These events explore coexistence issues across community, agriculture, resources and energy, identify regional opportunities and challenges, inform our work program and strategic priorities, and strengthen partnerships with councils and community leaders.
